How is the Forrester evaluation conducted?
In Forrester’s 28-criterion evaluation of intranet platform providers, they identified the 13 most significant vendors and researched, analyzed, and scored them by Current Offering, Strategy, and Market Presence. This report shows how each provider measures up and helps technology architecture and delivery professionals, along with their peers in Internal Communication and Human Resources, select the right provider for their needs.
