Simply smart – Making self-storage easy! Book your storage unit conveniently in just a few steps:
1. Determine the right size for your storage unit
Call us, we’re happy to assist you: 0800 300 880. Or use our online storage space calculator to estimate your space requirements.
2. Book your storage unit easily online
Choose the storage size, rental period, insurance, payment terms, and optionally, packaging materials that suit you best. You can easily book online with us.
3. Download the STORE ROOM app
After completing your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further steps, especially the download link for the STORE ROOM App. Once you have successfully installed the app, you’ll have 24/7 access to your unit and be able to manage it digitally.
4. Store your belongings
Through the app, you not only have round-the-clock access to your storage unit but can also conveniently unlock the parking gate and main entrance of the building – all without a key! Transport aids/trolleys are available on-site. If needed, we’re also happy to provide you with a complimentary loaner van.
Our storage units are available in a variety of sizes, ranging from a 1m² locker to our spacious 50m² units, we offer a wide selection of options to suit your storage needs.
Choose from 4 different booking periods of 1 week, 4 weeks, 26 weeks and 52 weeks, which are always automatically extended after expiry.
There is no notice period. If you no longer need your selfstorage unit, you can cancel your storage room booking in your customer account. The last paid day is then the end date by which you must vacate your STORE ROOM unit. We will then check it and refund your deposit.
